Not eligible if:

2. Process for Requesting a Return or Refund

  • Contact the seller within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Clearly explain the issue and request a return or refund.
  • Sellers should respond professionally to resolve disputes.

Step 2: If the Seller Refuses to Cooperate

  • Escalate the issue if the seller denies responsibility.
  • Launch a complaint with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).

Step 3: UBUYIT Assistance

  • UBUYIT can provide seller details to assist with legal or consumer claims.
  • We do not process refunds directly but will assist with documentation.

3. Responsibilities of Sellers

📌Accept returns and issue refunds promptly when issues are valid.
📌Clearly state return policies in the product listing.

4. Dispute Resolution and Consumer Protection

If the seller fails to comply, the buyer can report to CCPC.

Required documents include:

📸Images of the item (if applicable)
